On the evening of Saturday 23 November 1968, Allan George Whyte, aged 17 years and Maureen Joyce Braddy, aged 16 years, attended a dance at the YMCA Hall in Mundy Street, Bendigo. Both were expected to return to their respective homes that night but they were not seen again. Their bodies have not been found.
Maureen and Allan left the dance between 8 pm and 9 pm. When leaving they had a brief conversation with Kevin Whyte, Allan’s 20 year old brother, who invited them to a party at his flat further along Mundy Street. This was the first time Kevin Whyte had seen, or met Maureen. Allan declined the invitation saying that he was taking Maureen home. Kevin Whyte stated that both Maureen and his brother appeared normal at this time. This was the last positive sighting of Allan and Maureen.
It was Allan’s intention to escort Maureen home and there is no evidence to suggest that they separated after leaving the dance.

Linda Jane Stilwell was seven years of age when she disappeared around 4.00pm on 10 August 1968 whilst playing in the vicinity of Little Luna Park located on the St Kilda Foreshore, Victoria. She was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a mustard coloured jumper and black shoes. Linda resided with her mother and her two older siblings in nearby Middle Park. Immediate and extensive searches were conducted at the time but no body has ever been located.
An inquest into Linda Stilwell’s death was held in December 2013 and Deputy State Coroner Iain West findings:
- Linda Jane Stilwell is deceased, having met her death by foul play.
- Derek Percy was at St Kilda when Linda was abducted on the afternoon of 10 August 1968.
- Derek Percy caused the death of Linda Stilwell.

Donald Farthing was 31 years of age at the time of his disappearance. On the 19th of August 1968, Donald said goodbye to his wife and children and left to go to his workplace in Wagga Wagga. He left work in a white Valiant with red upholstery. This was the last time Donald was seen. A few years later, Donald's car was located in a river in Victoria.

Noel Ford was an Australian Army Major and was transferring posts. He was meant to drive from Melbourne, through NSW, to QLD but never arrived at his destination. Noel was last seen on the 31st of December 1967 in Sydney NSW. His vehicle was later located in Bondi where it was thought he may have gone for a swim. Noel has not been seen or heard from since.

Robert Mulhollan-Green was last seen on 17 November 1967 at the Portland Olympic Pool at about 8.30pm.
Robert was believed to be apprehensive to return home after being chastised at school that day. Various sightings were reported throughout the Bathurst/Lithgow/Portland area, none were substantiated. Police and community members searched the Bathurst/Lithgow/Portland/Oberon areas and abandoned mine shafts to no avail, a specialised tracker dog was brought in to assist police with sighting enquiries along Lithgow railway, however scent became untraceable after heavy rain storm.
Extensive inquiries with Robert's family and friends were conducted and the local press and radio stations gave considerable coverage all with negative result.
Since 1968 extensive inquiries have been conducted throughout NSW as well as other states, however no further information has been forthcoming.

Allan Bonner, 31 years old, was last seen at Watsons Bay on 1 June 1967 and has not been seen since. When last seen he was wearing a suit, collar and tie, a wedding ring and a wristwatch.
