On or around the 29 May 1997, Paul Robert Grennan has gone missing from his residence at Commissioners Creek. The missing person is known to frequent the Nimbin and Murwillumbah areas. Just prior to Paul’s disappearance, Paul was discharged from hospital and had frequented a pub on the main street of Murwillumbah.

Christopher Lamont Colombo departed Australia in April 1997 with the intention of travelling to Brazil for a holiday. Christopher contacted his family in the last week of April and once again in early May 1997.
