Ronald McConnell was last seen by his sister, Lorraine, in June 2002 outside the Dalby Courthouse, Queensland. The siblings engaged in a brief conversation on that day; however, since then, Lorraine has not had any further contact with Ronald. Additionally, Ronald has not been in touch with any other family members. Despite comprehensive investigations and extensive efforts by Queensland Police to locate him or establish any proof of life, Ronald’s whereabouts remain unknown.

On Tuesday 14 May 2002, Quyen Tu Au, aged 31 years, was reported as a missing person by the Major Fraud Section due to concerns as to his welfare.
Quyen Au was last seen operating an ATM card at the National Australia Bank ATM in Port Adelaide on 15 August 2000 at 12.21pm. At about 12.54pm he contacted a friend using his mobile telephone. This is the last known contact that Quyen had with any family or friends. Quyen is an Australian citizen who was born in Vietnam.
At the time of his disappearance, Quyen was being sought by police in relation to his suspected involvement in the theft of up to $400,000 in cash from automatic teller machines. After his disappearance, the theft of cash from ATMs continued by people who associated with Quyen. Some of those people have since been convicted and imprisoned for their involvement in the thefts. Police suspect he may have been murdered. There is a $200,000 reward for information on this case.

Karen Anne Morton, aged 34 years, was living with her partner and their two children when she went missing from her Pennington home in May 2002. She was reported missing by her father on 27 May 2002.
The last confirmed sighting of Karen was at a Doctors Surgery at Alberton on 5 April 2002, however neighbours reported seeing Karen at her Pennington home after that time in early May 2002.
Karen was an insulin dependent diabetic and suffered frequent hypo glycaemic attacks. She has not had any contact with her friends, family or any government or medical agencies since her disappearance.
Police suspect Karen has been murdered.

Lucy McDonald, 38, was last seen on the morning of 30 April 2002 at her Lismore home. Her daughter left for work soon after and when she returned that evening, Lucy was not home. No clothing or personal belongings have been taken from her home. Grave fears are held for Lucy's safety and welfare.

Niamh Maire Maye was last seen in the Tumut area on Easter Saturday, 30 March 2002. Niamh was travelling to visit her family in Sydney. She has not made any contact with family or friends since.
NSW State Coroner has found that Niamh died on or about 30 March 2002, in the vicinity of Tumut, NSW.
