MEDICAL WARNING: Tiemuzhen suffers with a serious medical condition.

About 4:30pm on Saturday 6 August 2016 Tiemuzhen Chalaer attended a party held in bushland at Wheelbarrow Ridge Trail, Lower Portland (33.3864°S 150.8919°E). Between 7:00am and 9:30am on Sunday 7 August 2016 Tiemuzhen has entered nearby bushland. He has not been seen since.

An extensive search of bush land located items belonging to Tiemuzhen. Unfortunately Police and volunteers have not been able to locate Tiemuzhen since his disappearance.

Police and the family of Tiemuzhen have grave concerns for his safety and welfare due to his medical needs and these actions are out of character.

Raymond Speechley was last seen on 7 July 2016 around Dalmeny, NSW at about 3:50pm. Raymond had wandered away from a nearby nursing home he was staying at the time of his disappearance.

There are serious concerns for the safety and welfare of Raymond.

Dylan Dickie, then aged 19, was last seen at Cessnock on 23 June 2016. Dylan’s abandoned motorcycle was later located on 3 July 2016 at Watagans National Park, South of Cessnock. Dylan has not been seen since, his disappearance is out of character and Police hold fears for his safety and welfare.

John Edward Brown

John Edward Brown was last seen in Brisbane on 15 June 2016. 

He failed to attend an appointment on 16 June 2016. He was reported missing by family on 29 August 2016. All inquiries to date have failed to locate him. 

John is believed to be avoiding contact with police.

Robert Dickie, aged 71, was last seen about 6pm on Tuesday 14 June 2016, when he left his home on Wattle Road, Elong Elong. Robert did not return as planned and was reported missing.

Robert was last seen wearing blue denim jeans and a red t-shirt. Robert has a large amount of tattoos covering his torso, arms and back.

Robert has not been seen or heard from since. His disappearance is out of character with his family and police holding fears for his safety and welfare.

Angela Joy Jeffrey

Angela Joy Jeffrey

Angela Jeffrey was last seen at her home in South Road, Penguin at approximately 2pm on Wednesday 1 June 2016.  At this time she was wearing blue jeans, a black cardigan and short black boots.

At the time of her disappearance, Angela was suffering from a mental illness and had previously been diagnosed with depression. 

Her vehicle, a 2010 grey Lancer sedan, registration number C87QE was located in a remote bush location in the Bakers Beach area on 3 June 2016.

Despite intensive searching and ongoing enquiries, Angela has not been located.

Angela’s disappearance was reported to the Coroner who in 2019 found she was deceased and commented that for many years she had received extensive support from psychologists, psychiatrists, general practitioners and, above all, her loving family.
