On the afternoon of 3 October 2017, Carole Livesey left Rockingham General Hospital situated at 71 Elanora Drive, Cooloongup prior to discharge. Carole was last seen at approximately 2.30pm that day by staff at the Salvation Army, Cooloongup.
At the time Carole was wearing a light blue shirt and black pants. Her right arm was in a cast, however it is likely that the cast would no longer be present as it would have deteriorated over time.

The last confirmed sighting of Peter Henrich was on 2 October 2017, at the Conara Camping Ground in the Central Midlands area of Tasmania.
Peter was travelling Tasmania alone in his vehicle. On 3 January 2018, Peter's vehicle, a 2012 white Suzuki van with registration: N10992, was located on a bush track in Poatina, central Tasmania. His vehicle was unoccupied and he has not been seen since.

Vince Policarpio was last seen at approximately 9.30pm on Tuesday 26 September 2017 by his family, in Bonner, ACT.
He was known to attend the Golden Moth walking Trail in Mulligan’s Flat and the Chicken Gourmet Shop at Bonner Shops.
Vince didn’t drive and left his phone, wallet and house keys at home the day he went missing. Is it unknown what Vince was wearing at the time of his disappearance, which direction he went or his method of travel.
No one has heard from or seen Vince since the last day he was sighted. An extensive search in nearby bush areas and local lakes and ponds was conducted however have not yielded any favourable results. Police and Vince's family hold grave concerns for his safety and welfare.
Vince is described as Asian (Filipino) in appearance, 165cm in height, of slight build, olive skin, brown eyes and black hair.

Youliang Lin, age 84, was last seen about 8am on Friday 15 September 2017, when he left his home on Cooper Court, Castle Hill.
There are serious concerns for the safety and welfare of Youliang as he suffers dementia and does not speak English.
Youilang was last seen wearing a black jumper and black long pants.
Youliang has not been seen or heard from since. Police and his family hold serious concerns for his safety and welfare.

On 26 June 2017 Jorn Jensen's neighbours noticed his garage door was left open and his silver Toyota Camry was missing. This was out of character as Jorn suffers from chronic pain to his feet and rarely ventures out. His daughter was called and attended his home, discovering Jorn was not there and had left his wallet and other personal items behind. Jorn’s car was located two days later in Lancelin, a coastal town 100 kms north of his home in Ocean Reef.
Police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Andrew Clement was reported missing on 23 May 2017 by a colleague after failing to attend work as planned. He was last seen at a Willoughby cafe on 21 May, however his silver Holden Astra was later captured on CCTV boarding a ferry at Wiseman’s ferry and found almost two weeks later at a camp site at Gunderman on the Hawkesbury River – nearby to many walking tracks.
Andrew is a keen bushwalker and trekker and has a strong connection to his family. He has not been seen or made contact with family or friends since this time and there are concerns for his welfare.
