Gregory Joseph Delaney lived in West Tweed, NSW but had travelled to his parents’ house in Geelong, Victoria in July 1989. He left the house in an agitated state on 12 July with a small amount of cash, an ATM card and his driver’s licence. He has not contacted family and friends since this date.
