Howard Israel was last seen in Woollahra on 12 June 1992. He had no personal items, money or clothing in his possession when he was last seen and there are concerns for his welfare as he has not contacted family or friends since this time.

On 23 May 1992, Andrew set off from Falmouth beach in north-east Tasmania, rowing to his fishing boat that was moored offshore.
The following morning when Andrew was unable to be located, the matter was reported to police and an intensive search was undertaken including numerous boats, divers and surfers. Despite all efforts and with optimum weather conditions, no signs were found of Andrew or his dinghy.
At the time of his disappearance, Andrew was aged 35yrs.

At about 7pm on the evening of Friday, 15 May 1992, 14 year old Radina Marie Djukich left her home address in Edgefield Way, North Beach. She later spoke to her mother by telephone, the last contact between the two. Radina was reported as a missing person the following morning.
The person or persons responsible for Radina’s disappearance have not been identified.

Xiao Qiang Lu was 32 years of age at the time of his disappearance. Around 8:30pm on 18 April 1992, Xiao left his home address in Bankstown to visit a friend. He has not been seen since.

Phillip Hing Ma was 41 years of age at the time of his disappearance. Around 8:30pm on 18 April 1992, Phillip left his home address in Ashfield to visit a friend, Xiao Lu. Phillip was not seen again and his car was located abandoned at Summer Hill.

Robin Geoffrey White, who preferred the name Geoff, was last seen at his business in St Johns Street, Launceston on the morning of the 9 April 1992, wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, red woollen jumper and black runners.
He is described as 180cm, slim build, blue eyes, short brown hair, with a fair complexion and full beard.
Despite an investigation, to this day Geoff remains a missing person, with his disappearance being reported to the Coroner.
At the time of his disappearance, Geoff was aged 37 years.
