At approx. 11pm on 3 January 1996 Shar Marie Muller was taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital Tasmania by police after she was found wandering on the Tasman Bridge. She left the hospital a short time later and has not been seen since.

Concerns are held for the welfare of former north-west Tasmanian man Alan Allwood, also known as Jimmy.
Alan’s last contact with his family was in 1996 which is out of character.
Investigations to date have established:
- Around the 1990s Alan was living and working in Burnie, Tasmania
- Around 1992 Alan was using a red Mercedes Benz
- Around 1997 Alan was living in central Victoria

Terrence Hall was last seen in Broke, NSW on 1 January 1996. He was drinking with a friend into the early hours of the morning and has not been seen since this time.
Terrence was known to the Moree area and failed to keep plans he had made to return. He may have also travelled to Sydney. Terrence has not been in contact with family or friends since this time and has not accessed his bank accounts. There are grave concerns for his welfare.

Peter Johnson was last seen at Davenport Aboriginal reserve, SA in late January 1996, and was supposed to return to Santa Teresa Community near Alice Springs, NT. He has not contacted family or friends since January and there have been no reported sightings.
Peter has a defective right eye and suffers post traumatic epilepsy due to a head injury.

Geoffrey Rallings was aged 65 years when he was last seen in the Hobart CBD on 27 December 1995.
At the time of his disappearance, Geoffrey resided in Southport.

Alan Thomas was last seen after attending a medical appointment in Somerset, Tasmania on 23 November 1995.
Mr Thomas was considered mentally and physically unable to care for himself. He was reported missing to police in April 1997. Police have been unable to establish what happened to Alan or his whereabouts.
