Mark Jeffery Heffernan

Mark Heffernan is a 63-year-old male from Croydon Victoria. Mark has significant mental health challenges and has suffered some recent hardships.

On 16 August 2025, at approximately 10:30am Mark left his home in Croydon on foot with the intention of walking to Woods Point, Victoria. Mark was wearing a light grey/dark blue jacket, white tracksuit pants and black sneakers.

At around 10:30pm the same day, Mark was observed walking into a camp site at Frenchmans Creek Campground, he was wearing the same clothes and carrying a large plastic blue, white and red duffel bag. Mark discussed his current life hardships and disclosed his intention to the campers, to walk Frenchmans Track to Woods Point. At approximately 8:30am on 17 August, Mark walked towards Frenchmans Creek Track in the Woods Point direction on foot, Mark has not been seen since.

Mark appeared under-equipped to sustain several days and nights walking through bushland with inclement weather and rugged terrain.

A large scale, multiple agency search was conducted of the Woods Point area with emphasis on either side of Frenchmans Track. During the search, Mark’s duffel bag was located along with a half-eaten pack of biscuits at the intersection of Camp Track and Frenchmans Spur Track. Unfortunately, Mark was unable to be located during the search.

Andrew Hawke was last seen in the town of Willigobung on 1 June 2025. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket, blue pants, brown shoes, and a beanie with red and orange flames.

Andrew has a scar under his right knee, and tattoos of an eagle and a pig on his upper right arm.

Scott Hayden, aged 46, was last seen in the town of Tinonee on 30 May 2025. He was sighted driving in Tinonee in his gold-coloured Ford sedan, bearing NSW registration plates, JE77US. His vehicle was subsequently located in Tibbuc.

Scott is described as male, of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, 80kg, with short dark brown hair. He has a tattoo of a lion on his right upper arm, “Yeshua” tattooed on his right lower arm, and “888” and “Jesus Christ is Lord” tattooed on his left arm

In May 2025, Dean was living in the town of Norseman, Western Australia. On the morning of 16 May 2025, Dean was captured on CCTV attending the BP Service Station in Norseman. Dean was later believed to have been seen by a friend leaving for Perth that day, driving his 2024 white Isuzu D-MAX utility with registration number 1IMV929 (WA).

On 30 June 2025, Dean’s Isuzu utility was located abandoned on the side of Banker-Mount Day Road, near to Hyden Norseman Road, approximately 150 kilometres from Norseman. Despite an extensive search of the area, and continued inquiries from that time, there has been no sign of Dean since.

Adam was last seen on 27 April 2025 at the Geelong University Hospital, Geelong Victoria. Adam was last seen on CCTV wandering away from the hospital. He has not been seen or heard from since.  Adam has not contacted family members or accessed his bank accounts.

Michael Gregory Curnow, aged 23 years, was last seen on 24 April 2025 when he left his home address in his vehicle intending to collect his mountain bike from a repair shop.  Michael’s vehicle was later located at the Bennetts Mtn Bike Carpark at Chain Of Ponds near Kersbrook. Despite an extensive search of the area, no trace of Michael or his mountain bike has been found.
